By plane
The nearest airports are Innsbruck (113 km) and Verona (186 km) but also Venice (210 km) and Bergamo (270 km). Otherwise Munich, Milan Linate or Malpensa and Bologna can be considered. These airports are all about 300 km away. We recommend renting a car from the airport. If you don't like to drive by yourself, we can arrange you a taxi.
By car
The best way to reach Val Gardena is along the Brenner motorway A22.
- Coming from the north, leave the motorway at the exit "Chiusa-Val Gardena" and follow the signposted road (SS242d) to Ortisei.
- Coming from the south, take the exit "Bolzano nord" and drive in direction north along the SS12 to Ponte Gardena. Then take the SS242 and follow it for about 15 minutes to Ortisei.
Once in Ortisei follow the green hotel route (colored signs with arrows) until the end of the road. Here you have one garage place per apartment at your disposal.
By train or bus
The main stations in South Tyrol, where all the fast trains stop, are Bressanone and Bolzano. A nearby regional station is Ponte Gardena. From the stations there are regular bus connections to Ortisei - Val Gardena. We can pick you up free of charge upon your arrival at the bus station of Ortisei.
